PIAA alloys and Dunlop tyres

I bought some second-hand wheels with tyres for 300 NZD. The wheels are made by PIAA. Apparently they're some kind of Japanese sports brand. The tyres are Dunlops, they're so-so—good for a year at most.

Anyway, I picked them up, got home, and noticed that my wheel bolts are too big for them and the brace won't fit. I called the seller and said, look, here's the situation, could you maybe give me a refund or at least a discount? Long story short, he didn't give anything back—basically told me it was my problem to sort out. So I went out and bought a set of tuner bolts and a key. All together it costed me $79.

I fitted them on the car myself. They look pretty sharp, I think. Photos attached :)
